I agree with marks3..yes indeed try a few
enemas they can only help you get over
your problem,However i would suggest
you get a enema bag that you can use
anytime and is cheaper than fleet enemas,and you can give them to yourself or have them given to you.

plain warm water enemas are very good to clean out your intestinal tract
usually two enemas are sufficent, i take them on a regular basis and have
no problem with colds flu or constipation etc good luck in which
type of enema you use!

It won’t hurt you to do a self cleansing. You can do what your suggested or you can also go to WalMart and buy a Fleets Enema. It might take a couple of Fleets to get it to work, but it will work and clean you out. the Miralax and gatorade is something you have to drink, and that will make you feel more full and miserable than you already do. Try the Fleets, then try your home remedy if the Fleets doesn’t work. Good Luck

There is no harm in cleaning your system out that way. However, what are you going to do afterwards – eat or not eat? For afterwards, I would give your stomach a rest maybe for a day and see if that helps your pain at all.
