As seen on Oprah, one woman claims to have combined both of these methods of cleansing and lost over 23 lbs in a short amount of time. Has anyone tried this and got the same results? Both have free trial offers, but charge for SH with a credit card. I’m leery of using my credit card over the net. I once ordered something over the phone with my credit card and they repeatedly charged me for things I did not buy. My main questions – is ordering over the net safe?
